What do you do for Red?
At Red Online Marketing, I lead the email marketing team Wander Journeys. Wander Journeys has been the email marketing agency for the travel and leisure industry part of Red Online Marketing since 2023. We help clients develop effective email marketing strategies.
Describe yourself
From my first plane vacation as a six-year-old girl to Ibiza, I have always had a fascination with foreign countries, foreign culture and foreign languages. By extension, I studied International Business & Languages. Before and during my studies I lived in America (1.5 years) and Spain (six months), then worked in various industries as an Online Marketer.
Besides my professional role as an email marketer, I fulfill the role as a mother of two sons and a daughter. My family and I live in Utrecht, making me fortunate to live within cycling distance of my work.
What is favorite vacation country?
It’s hard for me to pick one favorite vacation country, as each destination offers its own unique charms and wonderful experiences. Curious about the countries I’ve explored? In our office at Wander Journeys, a world map is full of pins indicating our team’s travel destinations, each in its own color. As for my travel desires, South Africa and Argentina are still high on my list.
What do you love about Red Online Marketing?
What I find so fascinating about online marketing is the constant dynamic and the need to keep developing myself. I find the direct consultation with clients and coming up with creative strategies together that deliver tangible results immensely rewarding. Moreover, the travel and leisure industry in which we operate is very nice. The people in this industry are welcoming and pleasant to deal with, which makes every interaction both enjoyable and inspiring.
