Conversion Rate Optimization

What is conversion optimization and management?

Getting more bookings from the same number of website visitors. With conversion optimization, also known as CRO, you are optimizing your website. It ensures that a website visitor actually makes a booking, signs up for a newsletter or performs another action that adds value for your organization. Get the most out of your website visitors.

Why start with conversion rate optimization?

And let’s face it, everyone wants that, right? 😉

Jaimy is here for you!

Roadmap | How do you get started with CRO?

Step 1 | What is the current situation within the organization?
Questions will be answered such as: Is someone responsible for conversion optimization within the organization? Are the goals set properly within Google Analytics? What is the background of the organization? Mission and vision? What are the goals for the upcoming period? What are the focus points for the upcoming period? Who are your competitors and what are they doing differently/better?
Step 2 | Collecting data
In this we look at the following components: Device differences (mobile, desktop, tablet), new and returning visits, channels, conversion rate, exit and bounce rate, session duration and time on a page, differences in behavior among different segments, what can we learn from user surveys (surveys, polls, etc.)? On which pages can we run a/b tests? (impact analysis) a/b test analysis + plan creation.
Step 3 | What will we test/implement on the website?
Create priority list. What can we implement right away and what will we test? What do we need the website builder for? Apply psychology to a/b testing. Determine optimization strategy. Set hypotheses and develop tests. Set up and launch a/b testing. With website builder 'no brainers' implement improvement points immediately.
Step 4 | Testing lead time and areas for improvement
Monitor website + monitor a/b test results. Are there any noticeable results?
Step 5 | Report and share learnings with the team
What can we see after implementing the improvement points on the website? Create a/b test analysis in Google Analytics. Is the a/b test successful or not? What can we learn from the a/b test and the website improvements? Note down accurately what has been implemented on the website and what has been tested, so that this can always be retrieved. What learnings are notable and can we share with the team? Share report.
