Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@redonlinemarketing.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Red Online Marketing processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Sending you our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
Calling or e-mailing you if necessary to carry out our services
The performance of agreements concluded with you
Informing you about changes to our services and products
Red Online Marketing analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling.

How long we keep personal data

Sharing personal data with third parties

Red Online Marketing does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor’s agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. RED Online Marketing remains responsible for this processing.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use

Red Online Marketing uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. RED Online Marketing uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work properly and to optimise it. In addition, we place cookies that track your surfing behaviour so that we can offer tailored content and advertisements. On your first visit to our website, we already informed you about these cookies and asked your permission to place them. You can opt out of cookies by configuring your internet browser to stop storing cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by RED Online Marketing and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@redonlinemarketing.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, erase your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. RED Online Marketing would also like to inform you that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Data we receive from Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

Red Online Marketing manages advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients using Meta’s advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram). To do this, our clients grant us administrative access to their Meta Business Manager and ad accounts through Meta’s standard agency assignment process.

We use Meta’s Marketing API to read information about the campaigns we manage, including:

– Campaign, ad set, and ad metadata (names, status, schedule, objectives)
– Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, video metrics)
– Creative assets and ad copy
– Pixel and Conversions API signal-quality diagnostics
– Account-level information for accounts we have access to

We do not access or collect personal data about Meta users. We do not access Custom Audiences or other data that identifies individuals. The data we read is used strictly internally by Red Online Marketing employees to analyse campaign performance and improve advertising effectiveness for our clients. We store this data in Google Cloud BigQuery in the europe-west4 (Netherlands) region.

We do not transfer this data outside the European Union, and we do not share it with third parties. Our clients can request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at info@redonlinemarketing.nl. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

How we secure personal data

Red Online Marketing takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
