This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Red Online Marketing holds about you, including data we may have received through Meta’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

What data we hold
Red Online Marketing acts as a digital marketing agency on behalf of our clients. We do not collect personal data directly from end users of Facebook or Instagram. The data we work with is campaign-level and account-level information from the advertising accounts our clients have authorised us to manage. In the course of our agency operations, we may hold:

– Contact information for our direct clients and their authorised representatives
– Internal operational records related to the campaigns we manage
– Advertising performance data aggregated at campaign, ad set, and ad level

How to request deletion
If you believe Red Online Marketing holds personal data about you and you would like to request its deletion, please contact us:

Please include in your request:
– Your full name
– Email address associated with the data (if known)
– A description of the data you wish to have deleted
– Proof of identity (you may redact passport photo, MRZ, passport number, and BSN for your protection — see our Privacy Policy for details)

Our response
We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If your request relates to data we process on behalf of one of our clients (who is the data controller for that data), we will forward your request to the appropriate client and confirm the forwarding to you.

For Meta-platform-specific deletion
If your request is specifically about data we receive from Meta’s platforms via our agency access:
1. Send us the request as described above.
2. Within 30 days, we will identify any data we hold that matches your request.
3. We will delete identifying information from our internal records, where we have the right to do so.
4. We will confirm completion of the deletion in writing. Note that some campaign-level aggregated data (such as total spend per campaign, not tied to individuals) is retained for accounting and regulatory purposes per Dutch tax law.
