Tell us about yourself
My professional experience in email marketing and automation spans more than two decades — and it’s still the channel I enjoy most in the marketing mix. There’s something about the combination of data, timing and a well-written message that never gets old for me.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether that’s a day trip or a proper family road trip. I also play guitar, and every now and then I’ll sing along.
Your favourite holiday destination
Usually Spain or France, and hopefully I’ll get to rediscover Asia in the near future.
What inspires you about working in the travel and leisure industry?
For me, the beauty of working in travel and leisure is that we help our clients’ guests create memories they’ll hold on to. Whether it’s a day at an attraction, a family holiday or a bucket-list experience, we make sure those guests get the digital experience they love and deserve.
