What do you do at Red?
As Product Lead SEO, I deal with clients’ organic findability in search engines. I create SEO strategies and help with implementation by creating and optimizing content, as well as looking at the technical side of SEO.
I am also a Vertical Evangelist Travel, which means that I keep my colleagues and our clients informed about the latest trends and developments in the travel industry.
Describe yourself
I was born and raised in Alphen aan den Rijn and currently live in Woerden with my husband. I started working in online marketing 9 years ago and have never stopped. I love to travel and prefer to do so several times a year, which is why it is always a treat to work for our clients in the travel and leisure industry.
I like to work in a structured way, give me a to-do list and I am happy. Furthermore, I am meticulous and like to keep up the pace. In my free time I like to enjoy a concert, ride my motorcycle around, drink a special beer or read a good book on the couch.
Your favorite vacation country
New Zealand is the most beautiful country I have been to on vacation. Although I like to visit other countries every year to see as much of the world as possible, this is the country I would like to go to again. The nature is overwhelming, the people are friendly and there is so much to do!
What triggers you about Online Marketing?
The travel and leisure industry is a great source of inspiration and because of the different types of businesses, there is also a lot of variety in the work. Small adjustments can make a world of difference, and it’s great fun that collaboration between different specialties produces the best results.
